Michael is a partner in our commercial and property team.

Michael acts for a wide variety of clients in all areas of property law (residential, commercial and rural), commercial transactions, estate planning, trusts, sports law and a variety of other private client work.  His clients range from private individuals to substantial private companies and entities with interests throughout New Zealand.

Michael is honorary solicitor to a variety of sporting organisations and trusts as well as being a trustee of charitable trusts supporting sports.

Michael graduated from University of Otago in 1975 and has been a partner in legal firms in both Dunedin and Christchurch, becoming a partner in Young Hunter in 2008.
