Daniel is a solicitor in our civil and commercial litigation team.
Daniel’s civil practice includes insolvency, receivership, debt recovery, consumer law, negligence, insurance and judicial review. He has successfully appeared in both the District and High Court. He has experience in criminal law, and has appeared successfully for clients in the District Court.
Daniel graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2008 with LL.B(Hons) and wrote his dissertation about the interface between copyright law and consumer protection. He joined Young Hunter in April 2008 as a law clerk, and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in November 2008.
