Simon is a lawyer in our civil and commercial litigation team and provides assistance with employment, insolvency, immigration and insurance law issues.

Simon is a native of Ireland and was employed for approximately six years with the Chief State Solicitor’s Office in Dublin. During that period, he prepared cases on behalf of the State in response to civil lawsuits and later worked with the Criminal Assets Bureau — a government agency established in 1996 to tackle serious crime.  During his time at the Chief State Solicitor’s Office, Simon dealt with cases involving personal injuries claims; revenue, social welfare and proceeds of crimes prosecutions; and extraditions.

During 2009 Simon completed transferring his qualifications and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in February 2009.
