If you are depositing funds to our trust account for a settlement, they must be deposited at least three working days prior to the settlement, so that they have time to clear.  If you wish to transfer funds for a settlement within that three working day period, please contact us to discuss before making any transfer.

When depositing funds, please include the client name and the client reference (e.g. 1231/19) as the reference.
