Amnesty for Overstayers - Legalwise interview

Recently, Simon Graham and Austin Lange of our firm provided an opinion piece for Legalwise.

The opinion related to the previous government’s announcement on a policy which would potentially grant a residence pathway to overstayers in New Zealand. Under that proposal, overstayers who had resided in New Zealand for 10 years or more would have the possibility to apply for a one-off resident visa.
