Courtney Hodgson – Promotion to Partnership

We are delighted to announce Courtney Hodgson is joining the Partnership of the firm, effective 1 April 2026. Courtney first joined Young Hunter as an associate in 2024, and her promotion is in recognition of her legal expertise, dedication to the profession and commitment to our firm’s values.

Courtney is a member of our family team with specialist expertise in family law including care of children matters, family violence proceedings, adoption and surrogacy, and relationship property disputes and agreements. Courtney has extensive court experience and is regularly appointed by the Court as Lawyer for Child.
