Appointment of Gerard Elwell

Young Hunter is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerard Elwell, who has joined our dispute resolution team as a Senior Associate.

Gerard has extensive experience representing employers and employees in all aspects of employment law including employment agreements, independent contractor arrangements, employment policies, restructuring and redundancy, employment investigations, privacy law, discrimination, bullying, harassment, dispute resolution (litigation) and complex settlement negotiations. He is an experienced litigator, regularly appearing as an advocate in employment related litigation.

Gerard will be responsible for leading our employment team and will lever his extensive experience to provide the best outcomes for our clients.  Gerard can assist clients in Auckland and Christchurch.
